Tiga Band asal Indonesia akan bermain di Panggung Mancanegara awal bulan April mendatang. Themilo dari Bandung, Leonardo dan juga L’alphalpha dari Jakarta, akan meramaikan panggung Rockin’ the Region di outdoor theatre Esplanade, Singapore, pada tanggal 1-3 April 2011.
Sebelum berangkat, mereka bersama-sama bermain di acara ‘a song for a departure’ | road to rockin’ the region, sebuah gigs pemanasan sekaligus sebagai ajang menjual merchandise dan cd untuk tambahan dana mereka disana. support mereka dan datang ke acaranya :

Themilo
2011 marks the comeback of legendary Indonesian shoegaze band, Themilo. With the same line up, they just released sophomore album, Photograph which fans have been waiting for ages. The members of the band are growing older but their music still can fly across all age’s boundaries. Picture the galore of Sarah Records galore and you might find yurself on a light low, fantasizing and volume high condition. That’s the best part to describe Themilo’s music. When a legendary band is around, there’s no reason to hide away.

L’alphalpha
The band was formed few years ago and has just released their massive debut album, When We Awake, All Dreams Are Gone. So far, the band has tipped as the best Sigur Ros-esque performer in Indonesia, having the ability to bring you to the wildest part of dreams. The sextet is also know for the very impressive stage act, putting anything available on stage as a single instruments that can make their performance richer.

Leonardo
Leonardo Ringo, the guitarist of Jakarta’s own independent outfit, Zeke and the Popo, has decided to go solo. He recorded his own song with different approach comparing to his old shoes. The sound he produced is witty, compiling serenade from each life’s part that he has been walking. He will perform with seven men band; putting up brass section and his long time served backup band altogether. Imagine good and classy pop songs with good tunes on the fundament.
